Well designed tire mount. Includes all hardware needed to mount to a trailer. I simply attached the new 13 inch tires 5 to my trailer tongue. I will use a bike cable lock to deter theft.

This is my second mount to fit what I already have and gives me 2 spare tires for my boat trailer. During the boating season we do a lot of sailing on different lakes from California to Nevada or Arizona. So 2 parts are better than one. The kit includes all necessary hardware for installation.
