I like that you can easily upload files from your computer or phone via Wi-Fi connection directly into my help center page.

It's great when clients send me documents in Word format because they don't know how to attach them properly (in PDF), so then I simply copy paste what they sent me straight onto my website! Nothing really - just be patient if things take longer than expected due to large file sizes etc. Consider adding Google Drive integration where available - especially if you're dealing with larger projects/files.
