The device is fine, but was not shipped properly packaged.

The installation kit is ideal for a 2-DIN stereo system. It would be nice to have a slightly better way to secure the sleeve. If you want, you can just pull out the stereo. I was very unhappy that they sent it from China in the original box. UPS or FEDEX smashed the box and the frame was bent. I didn't have time to order another one so I did my best to reshape the metal. It's a pity that you have to measure the quality of the goods by the rigidity of the shipping carton. Time and inconvenience for the customer are important.
