Installed on my 2019 F250, it came with all the parts I needed. I have some tools lying around in the garage so I installed them myself in my yard in about 4 hours. I took it to the shop to have it fixed and was very happy with the result. It drives like it's no better than factory, even my dad and girlfriend agreed when I took them. I would definitely recommend having the shop do this for you if you are not mechanically inclined. But otherwise better than most wheel alignment kits because it's actually coils and dampers, not just shims.
