My son has flat feet and more often than not his shoes don't provide enough support and he ends up very uncomfortable and in pain if he walks very long or is playing soccer. His feet were killing him this year during soccer season and he had his first big hiking trip coming up at school so I knew we needed to do something about his feet. I found these and put them in his cleats and after a day or two of wearing them to practice he said he had no more pain and could run again. We put the inserts in his hiking shoes and he was golden for his 5 mile hike on a rocky portion of the AT. We'll be buying more so we don't have to keep switching them out.
