Review on 🚗 Omix-Ada 17477.14 Rubber Valve Cover Gasket for 2.5L Engine; Fits 1983-2002 Jeep CJ and Wrangler YJ by Dean Wildfang

Used an RTV to seal the valve cover on my 1991 YJ 2.5L Jeep many years ago. Worked fantastic, but I decided I should "get it right" this time and get a block. Spent a lot of time playing around with this thing to figure it out. These are technically the correct dimensions, but I had to cut parts to line them up, and then parts of it would slide into the valve cover every time I tried to install them. My one day project turned into a two day project. I'll probably give it up and come back to RTV tomorrow to do it. I think a hard felt pad will do, not that slippery rubber thing.
