Review on Tigar Ultra High Performance 255/35 R19 96 Year by Wiktor Barczuk ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Think twice before buying this product.

I must say right away: the car is normally on the road for its class, so don’t even try to convict of bias. Car Seat Freetrack tfsi 200 hp. Decided to take a chance and was disappointed. Why this "ULTRA High Performance" prefix is not clear at all. Confusing and misleading. Yes, the car rulitsya, BUT! Feedback was non-existent. Before that, there was an old dridgestoun turanza (moreover, on a higher profile 215/55/17 !), almost bald, but the car went like on rails and at a speed of over 200 it was possible not to hold the steering wheel. Now the feeling is as if you are driving not on asphalt, but on a trampoline, and this is at a size of 225/50/17 . The rubber, as it were, dampens every ledge, every wave on the canvas, because of which the car starts to terribly rock already at a speed of over 120 (at 90 too, but it's not so scary there) At 140-160 it became scary to enter turns, the car is not as willing to drive as before. At 180-210, your palms begin to sweat, the feeling that you are rushing across the sea on a boat in a storm . Bottom line: this is not a high performance. Rubber soft, comfortable, but not for the highway. If you need comfort or the suspension of your car seems excessively rigid to you - take it, you won't regret it. But, if you at least sometimes go out of town to the track - think a hundred times ! The disappointment will definitely be stronger than the joy of saving money, not to mention the fact that it is corny dangerous! And one more thing: do not even try to write here, they say it is generally dangerous to drive faster than a turtle on our roads . This review was not for you. Those for whom this review was written, and who appreciate the perfect handling in their car, I'm sure they will appreciate it. In addition, when you go to overtake a truck, and then (unexpectedly) a pit / wave, almost invisible to the eye, on which the car suddenly throws up like a ball - the sensations, to put it mildly, are not pleasant . Yes, and the vibration on the steering wheel, I suppose, is no one will not please.

Pros
  • Price. Soft, really smooths out the unevenness of the asphalt. Relatively quiet (when driving around the city) Beautiful promises . Allegedly road tires with a speed limit of supposedly 270 km / h .
Cons
  • Does not correspond to the declared characteristics. Does not like active driving. There is also vibration in the steering wheel. I suspect that due to the peculiarity of the tread pattern in the form of a rather large checker in the manner of a flame tongue from the outside. Sensation as if riding on a shallow washboard. And do not try to suggest that I re-balance the wheels - at one time I worked for 3 years in a tire fitting and I know what I'm talking about, since I personally attended the balancing and controlled the whole process. Yes, the rubber could turn, but this is not the case, it just hammers the tread and that's it. Balancing won't fix it.
