Hummer H3 password lock. 10 minute block. Solved
I had an issue where the car won't start and you have to wait 10 minutes before you can start the car (flashing lock icon on dash). This is a common problem with Hummer/GM (google it). I just replaced the plastic part that contains the electronics. 15 minutes of work and the car started. As you can see in the picture, the mark on the old module looks like damage. I suspect this is tricking the system into thinking someone is trying to "hijack" the car and cut off the fuel supply to the car for 10 minutes. Now everything is in order.!
