Interlock wire is ideal for interlocking your knitwear. I don't like block wire for heavy items, they are perfect for lace and if you've ever made a picot tie you'll get a perfectly ruled edge by using block wire instead of pins. This is stainless steel which I can't stress enough you don't want to use wire. You absolutely need rust protection and smooth running in order not to get caught up in your fine work. I like to thread the wires through the edges of my lace scarves, then pull them out evenly and pin the wire in place. Each wire is long and they are stored in a tube case for easy access and storage. I'm very happy with it!
