I'm torn between 5 and 4 stars. I'd say a solid 4.5 is right, let me explain. I'm a 5'7" female and have two decent sized AC window units that I have to lift 3 flights of stairs. Until I got these treadmills I always needed someone to help me. Not this time. I was able to do it myself. I felt it was a bit closer to the final flight with the last unit (it was the larger of the two and I probably should have worn it first) I had some trouble making sure the straps were properly attached to the item, and then tried to pick it up. But I understood. I'm sure I won't have the same problems going downstairs again.
