This is a great idea but will not work on trucks with a "corrugated" floor that extends to the rear of the body. It adheres well to the flat surface of the tailgate, but the contoured surface of the bed bottom doesn't stay down. Also, it won't stick if you have linen spray. If you have a duvet, make sure the elastic is attached under the duvet so nothing catches the elastic when getting in and out. I'll try to attach it to a flat surface with Gorilla Tape. a vertical surface at the back of the bed so that it tucks into the slot.
