The product looks like a high quality replica of an original BMW valve cover. I don't see any clear differences in material quality or fit. Time will tell how well it withstands heat cycles. Almost a month has passed since the installation without any problems. Having full access and use of a professional mechanic (although I am NOT a professional mechanic) I installed using the supplied gaskets, but I removed the supplied screws and reused the OEM screws as I felt they would to fit better. For those of you NOT doing this yourself I would recommend pairing this product with an OEM or Victor Reinz gasket kit as it is an expensive repair at workshop labor cost and you don't want to pay again for a faulty gasket. Tip before installation: Use a vacuum tester. to ensure the diaphragm holds vacuum prior to installation.
