Review on DC Cargo Mall Universal Retractable by Jerry Estrada

Difficult to install as I had to drill through a sturdy tubular frame and then go to the hardware store to get the correct size and length bolts, nuts and washers. I was happy with the installation and setup, but it didn't last long. As soon as I tightened the ratchet straps, these brackets rotated out of position. I re-tightened the bolts but was only able to loosen one, so back to the hardware store. I tried not to tighten the straps as tightly as I wanted, but after towing the boat I found that the straps were loose because the struts had shifted due to the bumpy roads.
