I love that you can add pictures to each song or video so it is easy for people who are not familiar with worship songs/ videos. You also have an option if they want just audio in their phone as well! We use this at church but we do most everything online now-a days which makes life easier!! It's nice when someone has questions about something because there isn't anyone around them physically anymore (no one else knows). If everyone had access all information then maybe there would be less confusion sometimes. The fact that it allows you to have all kinds of different ways for people in church ministry can be used by any person or group within an organization! It's very user friendly too so I don't see why someone who is not familiar with computers would find this difficult at first but once they figure out how easy everything works then there shouldnt really anything else one needs from them as far as functionality goes!!
