Came used. Parts missing.
The item looks used and there were no instructions in the box. The bag for the bolts looked like it had been ripped open and the bolts were all over the place. There were only 3 bolts and I think there should be 4 since there are 4 holes.Also, the "supplied handle” to use for the Jack was missing. It says that if I don’t use the supplied handle, which is missing, it would void the warranty. It looks like it was already used and in turn, the warranty is already voided. I will return this item.
