When I received the cage it was only shipped in its box and nothing else so the box was really crumpled and torn at the bottom so I was worried there might be some parts could be missing. I was out of town when it arrived so my husband put it aside for me. When I got back I couldn't get hold of it straight away so I had a chance to look inside the box, everything was there and believe it or not nothing was damaged in transit. However, during manufacture, the back panel screen was either not gripped properly, or when the excess screen was cut off after being pushed into the frame surrounding the screen, the screen was accidentally cut. I contacted the seller but on the back I realized that 30 days had passed and I should contact the manufacturer. The seller was kind enough to respond quickly and let me know that I needed to contact the manufacturer, which by then I realized what I had done. I contacted Zoo Med and they replied a few hours later saying they are sorry for the issues I was having and if I send them my address they will be happy to send me a replacement panel and they will send me a new one straight away send. The screen in them is very fragile so you have to be careful but for the price they are excellent. They are very easy to assemble and a pleasure to work with the company. I highly recommend this cage. I searched long and hard and did many price comparisons before settling on this one and it was by far the most reasonable for the money.
