I primarily cook with a wok. This is far and away the best that I have ever used. The heat distribution is perfect. I can leave my vegetables to cook and walk away for a minute or two without any fear of charring.I have a glass top stove. I did a lot of research. People’s main complaint was that a many woks that they had purchased warped on these stoves. This wok is quite sturdy and I have had no such problems. I never cook at a higher temperature than medium high. This protects the nonstick coating. The heat is distributed so well that I can’t see many occasions where you would need a higher temperature. It is also very pleasing to look at. The spatula that came with it is also high quality. It feels so good when you make an excellent choice. This was one of them.
