Ideal for dealing with negative air pressure in the house

After insulating the attic, insulating the floor (below the basement) and better sealing our house from the weather, we found that we now had a bad negative have air pressure. This is very bad for the breathability of the house - it causes chimneys to recede, reduces the efficiency of other exhaust fans and creates general "sick house syndrome". ventilation and air conditioning. It easily attaches to the house wall (after drilling a 6 inch hole). The zip tie is long enough to go right through the wall of a standard timber frame house, allowing you to easily attach the ducts inside. The animal net did the job, although the bug net would have been better. I haven't found a good solution to this other than bug spray. Airflow is good, definitely makes a difference without the vacuum issue. The house is much more breathable, but also insulated.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
