We always left a door or two unlocked overnight so I bought these to prevent that from happening. Now all the doors lock automatically and I no longer have to check them at night before going to bed. The Nest system is pretty cool, each person gets their own password and it's very easy to change the codes to something easy to remember. You can program any lock to auto-lock after 1 or 5 minutes, but that's about it. I would like to have more options with this feature. We had a Nest Pro to install four locks and a doorbell with a Nest Hello camera and I wholeheartedly recommend this if you're not very knowledgeable and familiar with installing door locks. Three of the four doors were complex and required door modification for the lock to work properly. And don't forget to place more than one bet. A contractor provided a list price for each lock and each Nest Connect. I was able to get them on the best of days and save $80 on each lock which is quite a lot! I am very happy with these locks and would definitely recommend them.
