It is one of those tools that requires more time & effort in initial setup but once it's up running its very easy to use even with limited technical knowledge about CRM field. Nothing much as I am using this tool only since last 7 months now so far haven't seen any major glitches yet but will continue monitoring the same closely till then! The platform is very easy to use and the support team is very responsive. There is nothing I dislike about the platform. I think I would like to see more features and integrations. The team is very responsive and easy to work with. We have been using Kwanzoo for the last 2 years. The platform has allowed us to streamline our sales process and build a more defined process.
