No issues with ABS or cruising on the 2010 Legacy.
Worked on a 2010 Subaru Legacy, had no ABS or cruise issues. If you live in a rust belt, you should definitely buy all new mounting bolts. I had to cut the exposed threads with a grinder and set fire to the bolts in the hub to break up the rust.
