The team is so helpful with questions about how things work! I have been able to easily track donors by giving them an easy way of signing up that works well online or in person at events. Also gives me great access to my donor reports which are incredibly useful when figuring out what new opportunities there may be. It's very hard it see your data if you aren't looking through those pages often. Our main issue now has become time-management of our volunteer teams as we try to bring additional resources into this platform. With more users comes confusion around where everything should go. We need to make sure every user knows exactly what to do because if someone gets confused, it can impact all other people who use bloomerang later down the line - especially volunteers. Using this software allows us to get updates from current supporters without being overbearing.
