Update 11/21/20: I tried contacting the company a few months ago to see if I could get a refund or replacement. They didn't answer. When I posted this review they contacted me and said they would refund my money in full ONLY if I removed my review FIRST. I declined! If I get a refund I'll mention it here with an update! Original: The adapter keeps disconnecting and reconnecting with Windows 10 beeps related to the physical connection. Tried on multiple computers with the same result including no connection to Device Manager. I have another similar adapter from another source that works great.
