Junk - NON-STANDARD PARTS FROM HELL
That Part was horribly out of spec from manufacturer. After hours of grinding to get it to fit, it finally worked. I would recommend buying parts with the right specs rather than spending hours on a grinding wheel trying to get a piece of custom junk to fit the right slot. Imagine grinding and trying and trying to adjust the clock over and over again. Set up and retune your press so you don't sand too many unnecessary details.
