I like how easy it is to use, as well as all of its features. The support team has been great when needed! There's nothing really that i dislike about it other than some of the functions are not always up to date with changes in our industry. It would be nice if there was an option for more advanced users or even better still - free version! We have used this software since we started using Smart Maintenance Managment System (SMM) years ago and continue to utilize it today. Our clients love that they can schedule their own jobs without having to talk to someone at the shop. Also, once scheduled, they receive reminders via email so they don't forget. This program also allows us to see what parts were ordered from which manufacturer, giving us peace of mind that we aren't ordering random replacement parts. The ability to create multiple sub-categories for each job, such as equipment or location. It is very easy to use and navigate. I dislike how you cannot edit your own information once it has been submitted into the system. You can only add new items. This makes keeping track of jobs difficult if there are several people working in one area at one time. We have used this software for over 2 years now with no issues.
