Poor production. Water leaked out from the glued area of the filter. Therefore, every time I poured water, it was unfiltered and spoiled with glue. Revain sent me a replacement and it worked better but the cap fell off my toddler's head with water. Shortly thereafter, the upper small water inlet door broke off, leaving her ready for the next crash. The water tastes good, but with all that stuff that's cheaply made and not properly tested, I'm wondering if the filter itself is cheap or substandard. look elsewhere These are cheap things that look good, sell well, but are dangerous and potentially unsafe.
