This was a gift for a friend who often grills kebabs and often overcooks. He's been using it since I sent it to him and while he says it hasn't improved his grilling much, it's handy to be able to walk away from the grill without burning yourself. His wife, two older children and his mother-in-law told me about it. It was great to have the roast pork that wasn't dry and the steaks that were cooked to the perfect medium. A whole chicken that doesn't need to be grilled after serving. In general? I consider it a great success!
