A wonderful product, its nice to use.

I took it for a test in the hope of foam. The geyser coffee maker is gradually replacing the Turk, which I have been used to since childhood (as well as the stereotype "coffee without foam is the wrong coffee"). Foam is not always obtained - you need to follow and pour coffee into a cup in time. Let it rest a little - that's it, there will be no foam! And, oddly enough, with unfiltered water, the result is more predictable. Haven't tried Robusta. As a result, for the daily morning coffee, I will return to the usual mocha. Brikka will stay for afternoon coffee on weekends))

Pros
  • - prepares coffee with foam; - simple and reliable like the T-34, with basic care enough for a lifetime; - takes up little space
Cons
  • - prepares a strictly defined volume of coffee, so the optimal usage scenario is the regular preparation of a drink for a predetermined number of consumers; you can, of course, keep several options of different sizes with the expectation of guests, but then the advantage of compactness is lost; - the foam is not as resistant as when preparing in a coffee machine; - relatively large coffee basket size - coffee is strong, coffee consumption increases
