Simple and cost efficient tool ideal internal monitoring

I like that you can see who in your call center has engaged with customers, how long it took them so far etc (which also helps identify those people not as effective). The reporting side of this product needs improvement - there's no way for one person to look at all dashboards across many accounts simultaneously. Also sometimes when refreshing pages data disappears from those views until refreshed again! Try first if other products don't solve your problem or have overlapping features/capabilities. We needed something simple which we could use internally without having to pay high licensing fees for our users' benefit. This software did exactly what was required whilst costing us next-to nothing. It allowed each team member to be able to quickly analyse their own performance against others within the organization AND between departments / locations too! Our employees love using FAST HELP since they are given immediate feedback on key KPIs such as number of calls closed per.
