It helped us collect data from all the different places we used it - all in one place, centrally located instead of spread out around various offices. We now have more efficient records, as well as reports that provide us with insights into our data collection. I would only wish there was more flexibility with reporting and some options to create custom reports (ex. only show patients who have never been seen by the practice). The biggest benefits for me were the ease of use and the speed at which I could get up-and-running. My office can no longer be thought of as paper-based, but rather fully digital. I like that it is very easy to use, but also has many options so you can customize your system as needed or desired by each department within an organization. It's not too difficult when using this software compared with other similar programs out there in terms of ease-of-use/learning curve. Our main benefit from implementing docuphi was being able to store all our medical records digitally instead of having them stored physically at multiple locations throughout different departments (ie radiology).
