It helped us collect data from all the different places we used it - all in one place, centrally located instead of spread out around various offices. I like that it is easy to use with no software required, you can do everything from one screen! The only thing i dislike about this system was how slow at times when trying to upload documents or other things into my account (and then having them disappear). It is very easy to use, no special skills required as it just works once you get used with its user interface (UI). No customization or in-built customizations available - so users have limited options if they want something more unique than what comes by default out of box; hence not recommended unless needed otherwise!
