It is very easy to use, no special skills required as it just works once you get used with its user interface (UI). No customization or in-built customizations available - so users have limited options if they want something more unique than what comes by default out of box; hence not recommended unless needed otherwise! Its overall look&feels are also too plain vanilla which can be considered an inconvenience when compared against some other alternatives currently being played around within healthcare industry like Vidyo / SIPX etc.; I think this should do well among providers that require easeofuse but dislike looking at clunky software every time/need help from support team while doing simple tasks such medical records uploads using EDC systemsetc.. The best thing about this software is that it can be used in any medical organization, which makes your work easy as compared to other products available out there at an affordable price range with high-end features like mobile app integration etc., I think one of its main disadvantages would be lack or proper documentation support but overall experience so far has been good because we have seen great results after using their product over last 2 years now!
