This item works exactly as advertised. Excellent, durable, fantastic in every way. Massive pressure without batteries or air compressor, lockup clutch works like a charm, reservoir strikes a great balance between capacity and weight to carry, love the pressure release feature, can't say enough good things about it. However, I'm a pathetic pessimist, so I realized something didn't sit right with me. There is a small metal loop on the step lever in which the clutch should sit. I have found that if the hose is rolled onto a bucket and stored as intended, the weight of the hose can very gradually push the step down, expelling a drop of lubricant. No complaints to be honest. Literally every grease gun I've ever used ended up putting ridiculous amounts of grease on everything in sight, so even that tiny mistake is a huge improvement.
