very good arch support from a thinner insole
If you're want good arch support and your shoes are too snug for thick insoles, give these a try. They don't have as much cushioning as some others, so aren't as thick and will fit in snugger shoes. The cushioning is just thick enough to keep the arch support from rubbing uncomfortably against my feet. The arch support is supportive without being too stiff and unforgiving. The current $18 price is pretty good for what you get.

- Might not provide relief for all types of foot or leg pain
