A Tool You Don't Really Need
The Park Tool Threadless Nut Installation Tool is a solid piece of steel with a threaded extension. It is screwed into the "claw nut" and then inserted into the steering column. Then, using a hammer or similar tool, set the nut to the appropriate depth by hitting it two or three times. The need for this tool is debatable. The same result can be achieved with an appropriately sized screw.
