Perfect angles, I like it.
This is a great way to sharpen knives! I practiced freehand sharpening with mixed results, after badly ruining one of my best knives I began looking into sharpening systems. I wanted to stay away from electric mills because I've seen the damage they can do. After hours of watching YouTube videos and online sites, I found KME! Right out of the box, within minutes, I had an Opinel blade razor sharp. The fixed angle stock convinced me it was the best and I immediately moved on to other knives in need of repair.
