A good platform overall with room still available

I like how it tracks all of our leads by source (email or website). It also allows for custom fields to be added as needed such that we can track additional information about each lead/contact within this system. Sometimes there are delays when adding new sources into their database but they do have updates every week so hopefully will improve over time! The ability to import data from other databases makes life easier at times - however you need more than one person working together if using multiple systems simultaneously otherwise things get confusing quickly which does not help us out any!! Tracking different types of info through various platforms has made my job much simpler as well since everything gets tracked here instead of having 3 separate programs tracking them separately etc..

  • Easy access via dashboard without needing extra software installed outside office computer environment,
  • Ease entering client notes / contact details while maintaining history records throughout sales process
