Review on Acer Predator Z35P Bmiphz - πŸ–₯️ 3440x1440, 100Hz, Curved Monitor with HD Display by Jose Moore

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am satisfied with the purchase for my needs

I did a lot of research and found that the performance of this monitor is what I need for me, with a good balance of high resolution for desktop use (single screen with multiple windows) while still being good enough for gaming. Just do it for fun, not for competition. I'll admit that I hate curved displays, or at least TVs, but I'm very happy with the curved display for my computer, which I had my doubts about. The display has a slight curvature, which is just enough to make it easier to view such a large screen without feeling like you have to turn your head. The stand is very adjustable, but for me the monitor sits a lot further forward than I would prefer, but that's due to the design, not the flex. I'm attaching a picture of an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper on my desk that clearly shows this. It pushes it forward from the back edge of my desk about a foot, and my last monitor was 4 inches, so it's a little tricky to set up, and I hate giving up all of my desk space. Image quality looks excellent, but I'm not that specific when it comes to colors, so I'll look into how others have measured warmth and color accuracy. I don't use speakers because I have my own and most display speakers are terrible. The USB 3 hub was a great feature for me, but the cable that came with it was too short and I bought a 10ft cable that cost more (U322-010-BK) and the same DisplayPort cable too short and bought that too one of them.
