Good for drilling stumps, but most 1/2 inch drill bits won't drill through green stumps. It might be better to use a set of tips and an extension. My white Makita 18v drill bit went through an old but sturdy tree stump and did it with ease. I switched to the most powerful hammer drill and it only does it 8 inches deep in the green frame stump.
