Works exactly as advertised - has very clear instructions (better than my main unit) and comes carefully packaged. They even splice the wires for you! WARNING: make sure you don't cut $@# in half, just braid the wires together then apply some tape. Only do this if you don't care that the head unit fails after 1 year. Instead, buy heat shrink tubing, a soldering iron, and some solder and google how to solder properly. Also, make sure your cables are organized during installation and you won't regret it as it only adds 1-2 hours of work but will make your installation last a lifetime!
