The ease of use, ability for all users in our organization (doctors) are able access patient information with just 1 click without having any computer knowledge or training required! We have been using this software since it's inception at my previous employer over 10 years ago - we've never had an issue that I can recall!! There really isn't anything negative about how easy they make their programs work so well across multiple platforms/devices etc., but if you're looking into getting started then do your homework first as there will be questions asked during setup which may not apply directly towards what exactly YOU want outta'it anyway. If anyone has ANY issues when setting up new accounts please contact support immediately because those people know EXACTLY where everything should go within each area needed by us daily & weekly /monthly operations. !
