The most helpful feature is that you can see who gave what amount of money in each week so it's easy for people like myself (who have no accounting expertise)to follow up as needed without needing someone else helping me out! I dislike how hard this software makes registering new users. It doesn't work well at all when trying register accounts from different countries - sometimes your registration fails over not enough server space or something completely random.. We started using CI because we were looking into other solutions but had some issues finding one worth our time/money spent implementing which made us choose ci instead since they already did everything necessary including hosting etc.
