Review on Electric scooter Ninebot KickScooter Max G30, up to 100 kg, black by Barbara Wrobel ᠌

Totally disappointed, product is terrible.

Overall, a very pleasant driving experience. The scooter has an excellent frame, it seems to have good moisture protection (although the first time the service interpreted the 15th error as “water got in” and offered paid waterproofing). Good build quality, no flimsy feel. When compared with other scooters, then, of course, Ninebot has no equal. Moreover, you can ask around in the telegram chat - people ride 5000 without breakdowns at all. But the design flaw of the scooter, which GiroServis does not recognize as warranty (or rather, it may recognize, but does not recognize the NineBot store) crosses out all the pluses for me. This is not normal - 4 times to hand over for repair - this is only a few hours on the road + gasoline, this is more than a month of waiting in total and one and a half thousand for repairs. For a new scooter under warranty. For almost 50 thousand. I understand that the failure of my scooter can be one in a million. But, having felt what it is on myself, I do not recommend it for purchase. How many more non-warranty components are in the Ninebot? And if the repair is ultimately paid, why buy a ninebot? See "supposedly less reliable" kugo, ultrons or whatever. Those at least bring down, judging by the reviews.

Pros
  • This is a beautifully designed comfort scooter with a strong frame and plenty of power. But there are nuances.
Cons
  • The scooter was purchased in a store on the street. Zatsepy (Hong Kong) in March 2022. For 4 months of use and only 200 (TWO Hundred!) km of run, it was rented under warranty four times, the total time in the service was more than a month. A floating error (error 15), which as a result is not recognized as a warranty one and is repaired for money in the warranty service. What is the essence of the error - there is a Hall sensor in the brake handle. Somehow he got pinched. The issue is that even with the maximum pressure, the handle does not touch the steering wheel. As it is possible to press personally for me a riddle. The pen is for pushing it, isn't it? How the error manifests itself: just imagine that you are driving at a speed of 20-23 (no, it does not go at 25, unless on a full battery charge). And suddenly the scooter stops abruptly under you. Okay, you are not driving alone, but you are driving with a child - he is standing in front of you and holding his hands on the steering column. Yes, you are going not 20, but 8-10. And this is what saves the child from injury - the scooter brakes sharply, the child hits the steering column with a helmet, let's go further. Please refrain from judgment - in our area with the opening of rentals, many adults ride with children. It has become the norm. Someone is neat, someone is worn. Once again, imagine that you are crossing the road, maybe you are moving along the edge of the carriageway, like a cyclist, maybe you want to overtake a pedestrian . And you get this error and the scooter "brakes to the floor". I was saved from falls by careful driving, and the experience of many years of cycling and several years on a motorcycle. Will it save you? Although, maybe I'm winding myself up and talking about a penny sensor and working with a soldering iron for 10 minutes. The scooter does not travel 25 km / h out of the box, I repeat, and the scooter does not drive the declared 65 km. The real mileage in sport mode is 25-30 km around the city. Maybe in eco-mode he will pass 65, but, to be honest, I don’t know a single person who would ride a scooter at a speed of 12 km / h and nothing more.
