Great, great filter. I change the oil myself. When you look at the thickness of the medium, the number of folds (which equals the surface) and the overall quality of construction, there is no comparison. I have bought the same filter from several different brands for changing oil including Mobil1, Purolator "Boss", Bosch Premium, Mahle, Fram XTG and Hastings. And I can tell you firsthand, nobody has that combination of build quality, material thickness, number of folds. This is the best I've found. The closest thing I've found is the Purolator Boss, but they don't have as many creases (surface), the included rubber seal is thinner and smoother than Wix's, and the inside doesn't allow for as much flow as almost everything else. .. metal. Wix XP is now my filter. My car: Prius 3 2012.
