Excellent copy of the original starter. My old starter was too old to crank the engine well. oh and oh This device fits perfectly. I'd like to see a note or label regarding the Bendix and its ability to pop out of the groove if twisted too far by hand. When you turn the Bendix drive manually, there is a small invisible piston inside that enters the groove and does not come out. This piston keeps the drive engaged until the tractor starts and centrifugal force allows the piston to disengage the bendix from the flywheel. To prevent this from happening during transport, the shaft is wrapped in adhesive tape, which should be removed before installation. Keep in mind! DO NOT CONTACT THIS.
