This monitor is pretty cool. I'm a gamer and 21:9 ultrawide monitors are definitely not the norm. However, with a response time of 3ms and a refresh rate of 144Hz, this monitor has not had a single minor issue in its entire lifetime. I tested it and there were no tears etc. I bought two of these first but the second one came to me with a dead pixel on the left side of the screen running from top to bottom. I contacted Better Choice Online, the supplier of this VIOTEK monitor, and they responded quickly. I first contacted her via message on Revain but then, just in case, I called her a few minutes later. Phone support asked me to send the broken monitor to an email address free of charge. Shortly after (we're talking an hour or two) came a reply to the Revain message I sent earlier. Needless to say, their customer service is fast and they stand behind their products. I shipped the monitor (packaged as I received it) to UPS, gave them the label and I was done. My significant other finally advised me against dual monitors (for now) while I was waiting for a monitor replacement. I sent Better Choice Online the email they sent me with the shipping label and the same day they changed my replacement to a no questions asked refund and 'Have a nice day'. I received my refund within 3-5 business days, no problem. If I buy a VIOTEK monitor or any other third party product from Revain again I will of course check Better Choice Online inventory. The first. You are definitely a quality supplier. Let's go back to the monitor. PRO: Amazing display, great resolution, extremely fast monitor that has kept up with every game I've played so far. CONS: The stand is so big that the monitor has to be in the middle of my desk. To be honest that's the only real downside I have. VIOTEK has a 34" monitor with a much better stand. Not sure why they didn't use the same stand for this guy. Buying a VESA compatible mount is a (fairly) quick fix, which VIOTEK recommends if as that's referred to, but it's definitely hard to find a desktop or wall mount for a 35" monitor. It also makes it harder if you end up wanting a second monitor since you're planning ahead to install the second monitor mount need to drill holes in the wall or table I still give it 5 stars because seriously the monitor is freaking awesome VIOTEK should never use this bad stand again and hopefully over time they will see enough comments, so as not to repeat the mistake with one of their exceptional products Sellers They definitely treated the customer right.
