I'm losing weight but can't exercise due to multiple injuries and fibromyalgia. Being in my early 50s and postmenopausal, I was afraid my results would include muscle loss that nobody needs after 50. I've been taking them for over a month now and while I'm still too heavy to notice any visible results (I lost 69lbs in 7 months but lost another 50lbs), I've noticed better recovery from the effort and my loss rate also increased slightly, from ounces per week to around 1-2 pounds. Losing is difficult even after menopause. The program I work on uses IF in combination with ketosis to encourage the body to lose weight. I couldn't lose that much earlier in over 30 years. So I think I have the right combination. I take this 3 times a day every day and I haven't had any issues with the feeling BUT I've been working on this protocol. I did it 1 time a day for a few days and then increased it and so on until I came 3 times. The reason I can't give that 5 stars is because the manufacturers use modified cornstarch, which is a ridiculous additive that won't work for you. I would have given 5 stars if the manufacturers hadn't removed this junk.
