I explained that I expected everything to work out well and didn't ask her for any action. Temples Pride was quick to respond to express its disappointment with Amazon's performance and the fact that they are shipping a new device with a one-day delivery time. And they didn't ask to return the first unit. The new device arrived the next day as promised. The laxity of Amazon's order fulfillment department forces sellers to respond to customer complaints in their own way, revealing vastly different company cultures. Some avoid making a decision, while others do their best to make customers feel confident in making a purchase. MOP SYSTEM I have been using this mop system for a few weeks now and am very happy with my purchase. Everything that is written on the packaging is correct. I have thin weak wrists that get tired when I strain to do chores. The overall low weight and the ability to easily rotate the mop head make every step of floor cleaning easier. I appreciate being able to shorten the handle to make it easier for me to apply force at a higher angle when wet cleaning. When adjusting the length, tightening and loosening the rod is easy and will not loosen during operation. A few times the head fell off the bar because I tightened it poorly. Once the head is properly attached to the bar, the problem will not recur. The tool feels very durable and definitely grabs dry dirt until I'm ready to shake it off. I can effectively mop half a house without shaking the mop. Wet cleaning is also very good.
