Adjustment requires excessive force
I have another Rerither cane (adjustable walking stick) I like, with a more usual height adjustment peg and hole mechanism. I hoped this cane with a sliding mechanism would be an improvement, but I cannot tighten the slide enough after adjustment to secure the fit or even close the slider flap, even using pliers and enough effort to damage the plastic tightening screw. I can use the cane tips, but otherwise this is a total loss.
