Much better than the pink ones available at most outlets.

These works. They leave a very good edge when used at slow to medium speeds on a dremel (you don't need the tooth to get hot). As the name suggests, I used cheap pinks from a local farm shop. and while the pinks were one and done, if I'm lucky I see they'll probably last three sharpenings each. Highly recommended.
